Clubhouse
The Clubhouse Committee is to supervise the operations of all Association buildings including the clubhouse, the recreation building facility, the storage building, the tennis pavilion, and the pool pump house. The goal of the committee is to supervise the clubhouse operations of all Association buildings to ensure safe enjoyment for all of the membership at large and in assisting the Advisory Committee or Board of Directors in preserving and enhancing the physical value of the Association facilities.
Covenants
The Covenants Committee is to provide assistance in establishing and enforcing neighborhood standards on the realm of the Association`s architectural scheme. The goal of the committee is to preserve the aesthetic qualities of the neighborhood and the quality of living in the neighborhood.
Pool
The Pool Committee is to supervise the operations of the pool and associated facilities. The committee will provide advice to the Advisory Committee as it relates to the pool operations. The goal of the committee is to oversee pool management and provide feedback to the Advisory Committee to ensure safe pool enjoyment of all Association members.
